Job Summary
Manage multiple wastewater infrastructure projects across Central Florida, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and quality control from planning through closeout. Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers and subconsultants while serving as the primary point of contact for municipal clients and regulatory agencies. Provide senior technical guidance on treatment and conveyance systems, ensuring compliance with Florida regulations and industry standards. Develop project budgets and forecasts, monitor profitability, and manage contract negotiations and change orders. Support proposal development and identify new project opportunities to drive strategic growth. Requires a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer with 10+ years in water/wastewater engineering and 5+ years in project management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, collection systems, and reuse systems
- Experience with Florida regulatory agencies (FDEP, WMDs, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
