Senior Project Manager, Ward 4 - Contractor

Job Summary
Oversee Iona's Ward 4 DACL grant-funded programs, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, objectives, and budget constraints while managing community dining sites and coordinating goals with the strategic plan. Develop and implement training for site staff and volunteers, provide supervision to program managers, and evaluate outputs to recommend improvements. Monitor grant budgets, assist with annual budget creation and revisions, and handle monthly invoicing requirements. Submit monthly invoices, complete quarterly missing data reports, and develop dashboards to track grant objectives. Liaise with DACL staff and grant monitors to facilitate communication and ensure organization-wide compliance with grant policies. This contract runs through September 30, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience working in aging services, community-based services, or non-profit management
- Supervisory and management experience
- Superior quantitative reasoning, data analysis, and program evaluation skills
- Strong organizational capabilities with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse staff, from directors to direct service staff
- Advanced computer skills
- Contractor is responsible for all applicable taxes and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage
