Job Summary
Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master at OCBC Singapore leading Agile transformation. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives), coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices, remove impediments, and ensure alignment among stakeholders. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of IT Scrum Master or IT Project Manager experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Agile scrum practices and Waterfall methodology
- Proficient in Wealth Management domain or Digital transformation in Client apps (Web/Mobile)
- Strong expertise in project financial management and vendor management
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
