Job Summary
Lead the design and project management of municipal water and sewer system improvements; serve as primary contact and advisor to cities, districts, and public agencies; oversee project teams to meet schedules, budgets, and client expectations; prepare technical reports and communicate with stakeholders and regulatory agencies; help shape community infrastructure throughout Washington and Oregon. Requires Civil Engineering degree, PE license, and 15+ years of relevant experience in utility/public infrastructure with strong capabilities in stormwater, transportation, and utility design; familiarity with Northwest regulations and permitting processes; leadership and mentoring experience; hybrid work model with a focus on delivering impactful public infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 15+ years of relevant utility or public infrastructure experience
- Proven project management and client relationship skills
- Strong background in stormwater, transportation, and utility design
- Experience with TESC, grading, water/sewer system design, and site improvements
