Senior Project Manager (UK)

Job Summary
Oversee the full lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring strategic execution plans are developed and implemented while managing contracts, budgets, and team resources. Establish alignment on project goals and timelines, identify critical path issues, and develop mitigation actions to guarantee on-time delivery. Provide forecasts for equipment completion, services, cash milestones, and margin while maintaining effective communication with internal and external customers. Ensure all work adheres to company HSE guidelines and QMS requirements, sharing knowledge and best practices across the organization. Manage complex subsea equipment projects with a focus on offshore operations and subsea interventions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of project management, construction management, or project controls
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Science, or management discipline
- Experience with the subsea intervention sector including riser based and riser-less subsea intervention systems
- Experience with management of customer property
- Proficient in offshore operations and subsea equipment
- Must be able to lead a multidisciplinary and to handle multiple projects and deadlines with changing priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Project
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Oil & gas industry experience
- Hands-on knowledge in executing scopes involving subsea hardware and offshore operations, especially subsea interventions and life of field projects
- Strong technical understanding
- Cross-functional coordination skills
- Ability to deliver on schedule and budget
- Relationships with key support vendors in the local market
- Must be keen to thrive in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment
