Senior Project Manager (UK)

Job Summary
Manage assigned projects end to end, ensuring delivery is on brief, on time, and on budget while protecting quality and margins. Coordinate project set-ups and kick-offs, acting as the first point of escalation for issues to resolve them early with the team and leads. Build relationships with client stakeholders to provide guidance and comfort during challenging stages, while contributing to new business activities and pitch delivery. Manage resourcing across accounts to optimize billable talent and maintain accurate revenue forecasting, flagging risks to Client Services and Finance. Monitor project costs and margins, working with leads to ensure proper billing and invoicing. Guide and develop Project Managers through training sessions, keeping status reports updated and enforcing project constraints. Work daily with AI tools for status reporting, documentation, and resourcing analysis to embed AI-enabled ways of working across the Delivery team.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of project management experience in a digital, content, or creative agency
- 2+ years at Senior PM level or equivalent (Delivery Manager, Project Lead)
- Proven track record delivering for global brand clients – FMCG, healthcare, or similar scale
- Hands-on resourcing and revenue forecasting experience
- Confident with agency job costing / project management systems (Paprika or equivalent)
- Experience working with AI as part of how you run delivery
- Ability to name the tools used daily and workflows changed because of them
- Commercially sharp – understanding of margin, scope creep, and when to escalate
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Comfort managing senior client stakeholders
- Experience guiding and developing junior Project Managers
- 3 days per week required in London office
