Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and/or residential building construction projects in Manhattan from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include managing project scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Lead all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout; develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules (MS Project or Primavera), and budgets; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in compliance with building codes, contracts, and quality standards; coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors; supervise site personnel and field operations; maintain strong client relationships and serve as primary point of contact for project stakeholders; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; conduct regular site visits and safety audits; prepare progress reports, cost tracking, and change order documentation; mentor and support junior project managers and site supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in construction project management
