Senior Project Manager - Turnkey Services (PMO)

Job Summary
Lead strategic projects and initiatives within the Turnkey Services product group, ensuring goals, timelines, scope, and budget targets are achieved. Provide cross-functional leadership for new business onboarding and complete quantitative and qualitative business analysis to drive margin, growth, and service. Develop and execute processes that provide guardrails for price, cost, and margin while overseeing multiple projects and delivering monthly status updates. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to deliver projects on time, implement risk management processes throughout the project lifecycle, and ensure teams utilize standard project management tools. Collaborate across all functional teams, including the IT PMO and Continuous Improvement leaders, to align processes and build strong working relationships. Manage project documentation, status updates, and post-project checks to ensure deliverable quality and adherence to guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of project management and leadership experience
- Experience within Turnkey Services
- Demonstrated leadership of largescale projects and project management processes
- Advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis skills and abilities
- Detailed understanding of business processes and process improvement
- Hands-on, hands-dirty leadership style
- Demonstrated competency in problem solving and continuous improvement tools
- Proven ability to manage projects to successful achievement of goals with cross functional teams
- Strong project management skills and experience
- Occasional travel may be required
