Job Summary
Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, covering planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, work plans, quality controls, and risk identification. Define project delivery resources, conduct complex request for proposals, and facilitate charter development and integrated timelines. Ensure all functions remain on-site five days a week at the client's campus in Indianapolis or Lebanon, IN, while resolving issues and facilitating regular status reviews. Coach the team to develop in-depth expertise across all functional areas and guide multi-discipline teams through implementation and completion.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Expert organizational skills

- Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions
- The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions
