Job Summary
Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects while analyzing and tracking critical milestone activities. Verify effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized, then produce formal status reports and monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure approved design standards are applied. Manage interfaces between suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews, forecast key milestones, and provide technical support to owners, architects, and general contractors. Deliver expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance, including rapid response to RFIs from the field. Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering, minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience, and proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools. Salary range $125K-$140K per year.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor's degree and or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience
- Strong organizational and management skills – the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team
- Effective presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience supporting large-scale construction projects
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable
