Job Summary
Lead and manage projects and programs as the key client interface, chairing meetings with clients and consultants while developing relationships to drive projects to successful completion. Manage multiple project budgets, timelines, risks, and reporting, reviewing plans, specifications, and scheduling to identify cost-saving measures and resolve construction problems. Advise on options to keep budgets on track and manage the delivery process across diverse industry sectors to achieve client requirements. Analyze and define future programme and portfolio strategies while engaging with marketing and business development initiatives to drive business outcomes. Requires 7+ years of project management experience, advanced Microsoft skills, and strong leadership abilities in a high-pressure environment.
Required Qualifications
- A recognised Degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field: Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Cost Management
- 7 + years Project Management experience (consultancy or client side preferred)
- Experience working across industry sectors
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft skills are essential
- Technical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly a command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
- Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client
