Senior Project Manager

Manage multiple projects simultaneously from discovery through rollout implementation, adapting to changing scope or direction as needed. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, departments, and third-party vendors to understand needs, provide resolution options, and deliver project objectives. Conduct project meetings, presentations, and training sessions while providing documented weekly updates and leading pre-project, recurring, and post-project meetings. Identify cost-saving initiatives, develop and test project processes, and create training content disseminated through marketing channels. Communicate project plans, timelines, and dashboards to stakeholders. Report to the Director, Project Managers in Irvine, CA, with 20% travel required.
