Job Summary
Senior Project Manager – Transportation will lead the planning, management, and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects for public sector clients including State DOTs, counties, municipalities, transit agencies, and local agencies. This role focuses on project execution, client management, strategic growth, and transportation infrastructure development, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across transportation planning, traffic engineering, roadway design, drainage, utilities, structures, and environmental services; overseeing QA/QC; mentoring project managers, engineers, and staff; supporting corridor planning, multimodal initiatives, ITS, and business development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 10 to 15 years’ experience in their area of expertise
- Experience managing engineering/construction projects of relevant scope and complexity
- State licensing requirements may apply
- Proven track record of successfully managing relevant projects and staff
- Client management and business development experience
