Job Summary
Manage and support one or more project teams to deliver outcomes while planning, monitoring, and reporting against agreed thresholds. Establish scope definitions, manage change orders, and maintain project budgets, schedules, and risk registers. Lead requirements gathering, orchestrate design meetings, and facilitate Scrum activities including daily scrums and retrospectives. Serve as the primary client contact, coordinate customer meetings, perform product demos, and develop proposals and contracts. Collaborate with development, testing, and accounting to ensure protocol adherence and document control.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Traffic, Civil, Transportation, or Electrical) or Computer Science
- 2+ years of experience working in Agile development environment
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle and delivering all phases of an IT project
- 3+ years of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Operation Management methodology
- 5+ years of Intelligent Transportation Systems experience
- PMP Certification
- Experience with scoping, planning, and leading multi-phase multi-million-dollar projects
- Ability to lead teams of 5+ developers, full size team of 8+ people
- Analytical skills for problem solving issues
- Exceptional organization skills
- Effective communication skills, written and oral
Desired Qualifications
- CSM certification is a plus
- Experience with Java programming a plus
- Understanding of business development/marketing practices
