Senior Project Manager

Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely milestones and deliverables. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Operations Manager. Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and cost control. Utilize construction software to track project documentation and communication.
