Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager at TFS HealthScience to lead end-to-end clinical projects within a global CRO, managing timelines, budgets, and quality. You will coordinate cross-functional teams (Clinical, Data Management, Regulatory, etc.), identify and mitigate project risks, develop detailed project plans, serve as the main client contact, monitor financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, allocate resources with line managers, report progress, support business development (proposals and bid defenses), and mentor junior project managers. The role is dedicated to one sponsor and involves delivering projects in collaboration with a diverse, international team across multiple therapeutic areas. Qualifications include a life sciences degree and at least 5 years in project management within clinical research/CRO, strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, excellent communication and stakeholder management, organizational and budgeting skills, and solid problem-solving abilities.
