Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from initiation to closure at TEMENOS Vietnam in Hanoi. Responsibilities include leading the full project lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, control, closure), developing detailed project plans with estimations and resource allocation, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, managing scope and changes, enforcing quality management, maximizing value realization through benefits management, and developing comprehensive communication plans. The role requires strong negotiation, prioritization, and stakeholder management, with a focus on aligning project activities to organizational goals and ensuring traceability throughout the lifecycle.
