Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end, late-stage drug development programs in a fixed-term capacity. Oversees cross-functional teams, manages activity planning, budgets, schedules, risk assessment, and milestone reporting; supports strategy definition with senior leadership; maintains project baselines and dashboards (SmartSheet); facilitates regular updates and reporting to stakeholders; coordinates integrated project teams across a matrixed organization; coaches PMO staff and ensures alignment with strategic objectives. Role supports development and commercial leadership for a priority therapeutic program in radiopharmaceuticals, including products in oncology/rare diseases, with a global footprint and hybrid/remote work options.
