Senior Project Manager

Champion the orderly transition of projects from estimating to the field by conducting contract review meetings for requirements, schedules, budgets, and purchase orders. Coordinate with the Project Superintendent on means and methods, manpower, equipment, and material resources while managing all billings for timely payment applications. Establish and maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, overseeing safety, schedule, profitability, and quality. Participate in business development, estimating, bidding, and contract negotiations, and prepare monthly progress reports to manage costs and projections. Review purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and change orders, ensuring prime contract terms are administered and insurance is verified before subcontractor work begins.
