Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager - Structural will manage structural steel and miscellaneous metal scope on construction projects, providing leadership throughout the preconstruction, detailing, fabrication, delivery, installation, and project close-out phases. Responsibilities include overseeing project execution, maintaining communication with stakeholders, preparing project schedules, managing project finances, and coordinating with subcontractors. A successful candidate will demonstrate general computer skills, a knowledge of steel fabrication standards, and the ability to read construction plans. The role requires at least an Associate’s Degree and three years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Architectural Drafting and Estimating, Construction Management, or equivalent work experience in a related field
- Minimum of three years of related experience
- Valid driver’s license

- Experience with Primavera, Smartsheets, Microsoft project, Procore and Tekla
