Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of custom store fixture projects, managing the full lifecycle from concept through manufacturing, delivery, and installation. Review client drawings and specifications, collaborate with engineering to confirm technical requirements, and prepare detailed take-offs and quotations. Coordinate shop drawings, production schedules, and shipping timelines while liaising with plant, logistics, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution. Act as the primary client contact across North America, conducting site visits and resolving deficiency lists. Track project budgets, issue invoices, and maintain accurate documentation in ERP systems. Identify new business opportunities and support proposal development to drive growth. Full-time, on-site role.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, construction, fixtures, millwork, or a related industry
- Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, coordination, and client-facing skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in millwork, wood products, retail fixtures, or custom fabrication
- Familiarity with production environments, installation logistics, and supply chain coordination
- Experience working with technical drawings and specifications
