Job Summary

Manage multiple healthcare, life science, and construction projects by monitoring schedules, spending, and activity to ensure timely, quality completion. Facilitate weekly status meetings with owners, vendors, and subcontractors while conducting internal staff meetings to disseminate policies and safety regulations. Prepare project reports, financial statements, and change orders for client and Director of Operations approval. Review bid documents, vendor qualifications, and final estimates; procure materials and approve subcontractor invoices. Handle project close-out documentation including warranty information, record drawings, and final retainage payments. Establish working relationships with architects, engineers, and clients to drive profitability goals. 10-15 years of general contractor experience required.
