Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end, multi-stakeholder programs for government and corporate clients in Saudi Arabia, owning the PMO approach, delivering with quality, managing scope and timelines, coordinating internal and external teams, producing executive-level reports, mentoring junior PMs, and leveraging AI tools to improve planning and productivity. This role requires building strong senior client relationships, demonstrating hands-on leadership, and shaping the delivery practice as the company grows. Central Riyadh location. Fluent in Arabic and English with a track record of delivering government or corporate programs and at least 5–9 years of PM experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent is a plus
- 5–9 years of project management experience
- Demonstrated experience leading programs independently from brief to delivery
- Strong client relationship skills with senior-level stakeholders
- Exceptional communication in Arabic and English
- Structured problem-solver
- Active AI tool user
- Hands-on work ethic
