Job Summary
Senior Project Manager on-site lead for major projects in excess of $50 million, responsible for developing, maintaining, updating, distributing, and managing estimates; supervising the Superintendent; overseeing change orders and the billing process; managing subcontractor performance to meet quality and regulatory requirements; coordinating project startup and labor productivity reporting; and contributing to business development and competitive positioning. Must ensure project schedule adherence, cost control, risk management, and adherence to safety and quality standards; proficient in coordinating with estimators, clients, and internal teams to achieve positive financial performance. Travel is not required for this role, and the position emphasizes leadership of project controls, client relationships, and cross-functional collaboration within a North America context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field
- 7-10 years’ experience in field construction project management with exposure to projects in excess of $50M
- Bachelor’s degree related to the construction industry and 10 years’ experience in project engineering, construction project management, or related activities
- Previous experience as the lead construction manager on projects in excess of $50 million is strongly desired
