Job Summary
Senior Project Manager responsible for leading and coordinating telecom/OSP project lifecycles from intake to delivery, fostering cross-functional collaboration among design, field, permitting, and GIS teams; driving schedule, forecast, change management, and resource allocation; maintaining client relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance; mentoring project managers and contributing to process improvements across multiple markets. Responsibilities include leading meetings, creating agendas, tracking milestones and budgets, submitting timesheets, hiring involvement, and travel to multiple sites as required.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of telecommunication project management experience or 5 years of experience in a Lead or Coordinator role with similar responsibilities in the telecommunication industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, management, engineering or a related degree
- PMP Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Must be 18 or older
- Able to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks assigned in a timely manner
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
