Job Summary
Lead end-to-end transformation programs enhancing Specialized Finance capabilities across the Nordic region, managing complex projects in Tax, Capital and Solvency Planning, Investments, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Statutory Reporting. Drive initiatives in Contract Management and Location Strategy while overseeing project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement to align with corporate finance goals. Collaborate with subject matter experts across Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and IT to embed operational excellence and lead change management efforts for sustainable adoption. Mentor the Strategy Execution portfolio to foster a culture of strategic impact and continuous learning. Based in Copenhagen with occasional travel, this role requires 5+ years of finance transformation experience and fluency in English and a Scandinavian language.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on project management experience
- Proven Senior Project Manager with 5+ years leading finance transformation projects
- Experience with Contract Management initiatives and/or Location Strategy as part of finance or corporate transformation
- Educated in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or related fields
- Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian)
- Location: Copenhagen, with a role that involves strong collaboration across the Nordic region, including occasional travel
