Job Summary
Senior Project Manager Specialist responsible for establishing operational and administrative infrastructure, maintaining project deliverables, and leading projects on the Value Based Care team supporting Total Cost of Care and Acuity initiatives. Responsibilities include planning project resources, assembling project teams, leading projects, time management, data analysis, risk identification, KPI tracking, and reporting progress to Value Based Care leadership. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent; MPH can substitute for two years of experience. Experience: minimum of three years in healthcare preferred. Skills: strong MS Office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word/Access), Outlook, Tableau; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
