Job Summary
Plan, direct, and manage design and construction programmes for wastewater network infrastructure, ensuring business goals are met within schedule and budget parameters. Oversee significant projects and programmes of works, leading a team of professionals to deliver step changes in performance and efficiency. Coordinate workstream and tranche execution plans, transforming business needs into actionable projects while optimizing for efficiency savings and risk management. Facilitate stakeholder meetings to achieve consensus, manage procurement negotiations, and approve changes at the tranche level. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, water regulations, and investment decision phases. Monitor progress against strategic objectives and secure Programme Steering Group approval for delivery plans.
Required Qualifications
- A UK Drivers Licence & vehicle
- Degree qualified in a Science, Engineering or Management subject (or equivalent experience)
- A member of an appropriate professional institute (Chartered or working towards)
- Excellent communication skills
