Job Summary
Define and maintain detailed project scopes, schedules, work breakdown structures, and planning assumptions while proactively managing scope, budget, and schedule adjustments. Collaborate with superintendents and the management team to allocate personnel and materials effectively, establishing priorities and reallocating resources to meet critical deadlines. Track and analyze key performance metrics, identifying variances early to implement corrective actions that maintain schedule and budget targets. Identify and resolve project performance issues promptly, removing barriers to ensure on-time delivery. Conduct regular project assessments and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining transparent communication with clients, team members, and leadership. Work closely with the Business Development team to identify and secure future opportunities in the region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and process development skills
- Solid understanding of construction and engineering operations
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in data automation tools, project management software, and standard business applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams
- Ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
