Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager at SOM responsible for leading major projects through all life-cycle stages, coordinating SOM’s design team to ensure constructability, performance, and exceptional quality, and managing scope, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with design and technical leaders. The role emphasizes mentoring the next generation of talent, contributing to a design-led culture, and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams across an international studio network. Experience in transport, government, commercial, residential, and large-scale mixed-use development is preferred, with European and/or Middle Eastern experience valued.
