Job Summary
Steer complex Defined Benefit pension implementation projects from initial client engagement through go-live, acting as the primary point of contact for C-suite stakeholders. Lead governance forums, executive status reviews, and decision meetings to secure buy-in, while embedding with configuration, data, QA, and development teams to ensure workstream alignment. Proactively manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality by identifying risks early, modeling scenarios, and optimizing resource allocation across multiple integrated functions. Mentor junior project managers and champion PMO standards, leveraging AI and automation to enhance governance, risk analysis, and delivery forecasting.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience
- proven success delivering complex Defined Benefit pension implementation projects end-to-end
- Mastery of client-facing software implementation delivery
- projects with multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of pension administration
- processes, pain points, and technology landscapes
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- fluently with C-suite clients and senior leaders
- Demonstrated expertise in risk management
- financial control, and change control across large-scale initiatives
- Proven track record leading governance forums and steering committees
