Job Summary
Senior Project Manager – SME in Interior Design/Architecture to lead interior design, interior architecture, and architecture projects across all phases, from business development and proposal writing through concept, design development, construction administration, and project closeout. Responsibilities include serving as primary client liaison, providing comprehensive project oversight, supervising project teams, coordinating workloads, leading design development and technical documentation, conducting construction site visits, mentoring staff, writing proposals and participating in contract negotiations, cultivating client relationships, and supporting market development. Required experience includes leadership in themed entertainment, commercial, and hospitality sectors, proficiency with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling tools, and a strong track record in client-facing delivery and business development.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Interior Designer or Architect or eligible for reciprocity
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program
