Job Summary
Senior Project Manager responsible for leading complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring budgets, schedules, and documentation meet Skender standards; oversee project teams and mentor project managers; build strong client, architect, and trade partner relationships; plan phasing, logistics, and safety; drive master schedules and project financials; identify scope changes and protect contractual/financial outcomes; champion quality and safety; maintain open communication with executive leadership; represent Skender in client presentations and sales pursuits; promote teamwork, accountability, and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or another construction-related field
- 8+ years of project management experience in the built construction world
