Job Summary

Manage overall project direction, completion, and financial outcomes while administering owner and subcontractor relationships for assigned projects, which may include a single large project or multiple projects. Direct and mentor on-site staff, applying business management acumen to lead project teams or departments. Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills alongside communication and client service capabilities. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience and mastery of a specific technical discipline.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree – Construction or Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years prior relevant experience
  • Broad management knowledge to lead project teams on multiple projects or one large project or lead a department
  • Mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or Professional discipline with broad understanding of other areas within the job function
