Job Summary
Lead a team responsible for construction management tasks including project execution, financial management, and delivering projects that achieve financial control and profit goals. Guide projects and teams through pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction phases while identifying critical constructability issues related to costs and logistics. Ensure timely completion of all financial processes, controls, and reports, including internal budgets, cost-to-complete estimates, billings, collections, and subcontractor payments. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and industry partners to address their needs and reinforce Shawmut's dedication to elite brand service. Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years of construction/project management experience
- Proven track record managing ground-up, tenant improvement, and renovation projects in occupied or mission-critical life science environments
- Demonstrated success managing large $50M+ complex projects
- Extensive experience maintaining project budgets and schedules
- Direct responsibility of leading and developing staff
- Eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship or restriction, now and in the future
Desired Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of MEPs a plus
