Job Summary
Senior Project Manager – Operations & Sales role leading industrial cleaning and environmental services projects, driving sales growth, and coordinating between customers, field operations, and branch leadership. Responsibilities include project planning and execution (on time, within scope and budget), safety and environmental leadership, mentoring PMs/Supervisors/Technicians, supporting outages, tracking KPIs, driving revenue growth at assigned accounts, developing new business, leading site walkthroughs and proposals, collaborating on pricing strategies, providing pre- and post-sale project support, and ensuring customer satisfaction and quality across activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Environmental and/or Industrial Services, with 1+ years of sales or business development responsibilities
- Demonstrated success managing large projects, multi-site operations, or key accounts
- Proficiency with industrial cleaning equipment including vacuum trucks, water blasters, automated systems, and confined space operations
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally to client locations
- Experience closing high-value service contracts or managing sales quotas (preferred)
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience overseeing field teams (preferred)
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
