Senior Project Manager- Self Perform, Industrial/Manufacturing

Senior Project Manager leads Self Perform for the Industrial/Manufacturing team within JE Dunn's Advanced Facilities Group, directing overall project outcomes for significantly complex projects, implementing and managing operation, profitability and administration of projects, and leading safety culture. Core responsibilities include preconstruction support, buyout scheduling, subcontractor management, submittal coordination, change requests, cost and schedule forecasting, risk analysis, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams on large industrial/manufacturing, data center, and semiconductor projects. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of construction management experience; proficiency in coordinating diverse stakeholders, driving Lean methods, budgeting, and ensuring project success from concept through closeout. Knowledge and abilities in CMiC, BIM, scheduling, and effective communication are emphasized, along with leadership and adherence to safety objectives.
