Job Summary
Senior Project Manager responsible for guiding large, complex commercialization projects across multiple internal departments and external customer counterparts. Oversees project execution from ideation to commercialization, develops and mentors the PMO, creates and enhances PMO tools, prepares project timelines and RFIs, ensures timely delivery, collaborates cross-functionally to optimize communication and resources, and implements project management best practices across internal systems while escalating issues as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field
- 8 years of project management, account management, and/or other related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to senior leaders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and PLM tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and accuracy
- Detail-oriented, self-starter with problem-solving abilities
