Job Summary
Oversee construction efforts to ensure projects are built safely in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Manage client satisfaction, drive staff development, and lead diverse teams while providing clear direction. Demonstrate and model core values within profit and loss responsibilities. Requires 10+ years of construction industry experience, large-scale project background, and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering. Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software proficiency is essential. Full-time role offers unlimited PTO, role-specific training, and an award-winning wellness program.
