Job Summary
Lead procurement, plans development, and construction support for complex District 2 corridor projects, serving as the primary liaison between project teams and the client. Coordinate submittals and plan reviews, manage project schedules and timelines, and communicate updates on changes in contract documents. Participate in RFQ development and marketing meetings, assist in leading procurement activities, and provide solutions to project delivery challenges. Work on single high-profile projects or multiple concurrent assignments while maintaining strong relationships with contractors, designers, and owner representatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited program
- 10 years relevant experience
- Professional Engineer license preferred
- PMP certification is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
