Job Summary
Deliver projects from concept to completion within time, quality, and cost constraints while managing financial forecasts and resource requirements. Lead competitive bids addressing customer pain points and develop relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure collaborative delivery. Create effective project teams by setting ambitious objectives, documenting dependencies, and maintaining risk registers with contingency costs. Manage requirements in designated tools and work with the Account team to identify expansion opportunities. Operate across R&D, product development, and solution delivery for AI, Cyber, Cloud, and Software projects. Report to the NS Head of Delivery and spend significant time at client sites in the London area. Requires DV clearance, British citizenship, and 10 years of UK residence.
Required Qualifications
- Evidence experience, and a strong track record, of managing complex technical bids and projects
- Application of the appropriate delivery methodology for the right project at the right time
- Fluency in both waterfall and agile approaches
- Strong appreciation of technology and trends, and associated engineering methods
- APMP or PMP Qualifications or equivalent experience
- Eligible to achieve DV clearance
- British Citizen
- Resided in the U.K. for the last 10 years
- Willing to contribute where needed in the business cycle to further the team's success
- Able to operate in a deadline focussed environment and balance multiple demands and priorities
- Significant proportion of time spent working on customer sites in the London area

- Excellent stakeholder management – business customers, technical customers, partners, the technical teams and internal business stakeholders
- Demonstrate solid business acumen in relation to the project delivery and continued relationship development through the project life cycle and into subsequent follow-on opportunities
- Highly effective problem solving ability supported by pro-active and adaptive team leadership skills
- Experience, and a strong track record, of managing complex technical bids and projects – including early TRL research combining hardware and software solutions
