Job Summary
Collaborate with the Project Quantity Surveyor to report on current and projected financial status and help develop the project's main logic of works programme. Ensure no site work commences until health and safety policies and construction phase plans are in place, while developing method statements, risk assessments, and safety plans in compliance with CDM Regulations. Provide leadership to employees, manage labour and productivity, expedite material and information releases from the design team, and oversee subcontractors and supply chains. Supervise work quality to achieve snag-free handovers while adhering to company quality procedures.
Required Qualifications
- previous leadership experience in the construction industry
- degree in a built environment discipline
- relevant trade expertise
- ability to supervise projects from inception to completion

- confidence and credibility as a communicator
- ability to explain complex issues to sub-contractors and clients at all levels of business
