Job Summary
Senior Project Manager – Roadway/Traffic responsible for Tennessee Transportation Project Management on TDOT design projects across highways, roadways, traffic, and interchanges; represents the firm with TDOT and municipal clients; coordinates meeting planning and client communications; drives new business development and client relationship management; oversees design-build pursuits, contract specifications, and budgeting/scheduling; ensures quality procedures and active involvement in professional societies relevant to transportation leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or related discipline
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 10+ years of TDOT project management experience
- PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification is required (within 12 months of hire or promotion onto the Approved Project Manager list)
- Proven and successful experience winning and managing TDOT projects
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
