Senior Project Manager - Roadway

Lead a team to complete complex transportation engineering projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, fees, and timelines while ensuring timely completion. Establish and monitor project scope and fee agreements, diligently obtaining modifications as required. Coordinate with internal design groups, external entities, clients, and subconsultants to streamline the design process and resolve conflicts. Provide or obtain constructability reviews, perform independent peer reviews on submittals, and negotiate contracts with clients and subconsultants. Manage financial performance by working with accountants to review charges, generate invoices, and submit profitability reports. Mentor team members, identify skill gaps for internal training, and participate in recruiting and hiring activities. Ultimately responsible for proposal management on lead pursuits and providing marketing support.
