Job Summary
Senior IT Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects in Slovenia, including scoping, risk and budget management, and coordinating across Product, Engineering, Hardware, Installation, and Procurement teams. Lead project meetings, document progress, and manage change requests. Support pre-sales and business development by providing scheduling input based on resource availability. Requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a structured planning approach, and proficiency with JIRA and Confluence; English proficiency is required. The role emphasizes stakeholder management, ensuring delivery aligns with customer needs, and contributing to a dynamic, international environment with opportunities for growth and travel.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in IT project management, ideally in a tech product or systems integration environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills - you're comfortable managing expectations at all levels
- A structured, hands-on approach to planning and problem-solving
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
