Senior Project Manager - Retail Fit-Out (Enterprise Account)

Senior Project Manager leads the delivery of commercial/retail construction and fit-out projects from feasibility through close-out. Oversees multiple workstreams across design, procurement, construction, and handover, and provides leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and junior team members. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specifications, coordinating with consultants, landlords, and authorities, conducting site visits to monitor progress, safety, quality, and adherence to scope, schedule, and budget, leading procurement and contract management, managing costs and change control, and delivering clear client updates and reports. The role requires exceptional client-facing skills, strong technical competence in construction, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Based in Vancouver/Lower Mainland with responsibilities across British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan, and travel to project sites; travel anticipated.
