Senior Project Manager – Retail position overseeing large-scale commercial construction from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include leading projects, managing project managers and subcontractors, maintaining client relationships, and overseeing budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management to drive profitability and operational excellence. Requires 10+ years in commercial construction project management, strong leadership across multiple projects/teams, expertise in financial control, scheduling, and contract management, and experience with ground-up and renovation projects. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities are essential.
