Senior Project Manager - Retail Construction

Senior Project Manager for Retail Construction responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of multiple retail projects or programmes, including design, procurement, and construction phases. Accountable for cost, schedule, and quality; actionable risk management and value-driven solutions; robust budgeting and forecasting; cross-functional stakeholder coordination; regular site visits across regions; management of contractors, consultants, and vendors under CCDC contracts and MSAs; lead procurement activities and contract negotiations; ensure project documentation (RFIs, change orders, deficiencies, closeout packages); mentor junior team members and contribute to client relationship management and business development. Requires 8+ years in project/construction management with significant retail construction experience; degree or diploma in a related field; proficiency with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Office; familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, and G Suite; PMP, P.Eng, CET, Architectural Technologist, MRICS are strong assets; base salary range is $95,000–$135,000 per year; hybrid work arrangement is offered.
