Senior Project Manager (Retail and Training Advocacy)

Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end localization and delivery for New Product Introduction training assets across Japan, Australia, India, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. Serve as the primary liaison for transcreation agencies and field teams to ensure linguistic precision and brand voice consistency. Identify market-specific training gaps and lead the creation of bespoke, region-led campaigns to drive product advocacy. Collaborate with Channel Sales, Retail Sales, and Global Training teams to align objectives, while managing budgets and monitoring asset usage rates. Oversee content distribution across Learning Management Systems and maintain complex trackers with high attention to detail. Work in an APAC-friendly time zone starting at 5:30 a.m. IST.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or Education
- 8+ years of experience in retail training, trade marketing, or project management
- Proven track record of program managing complex projects with strict deadlines, specifically related to NPI or product launches
- Experience managing localisation workflows and working with external vendors
- Previous experience in the Consumer Electronics or Tech industry
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content authoring tools
- Strong understanding of regional retail landscapes and cultural nuances across APAC
- Expert-level proficiency in methodologies and tools like Smartsheet
- Ability to methodically maintain trackers and manage complex spreadsheets with high attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility and the ability to work effectively under ambiguity and uncertainty in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
- Strong aptitude for or experience in integrating AI tools into project workflows
- Ability to work in an APAC-friendly time zone, starting at 5:30 a.m. IST
