Senior Project Manager, Research Core

Senior Project Manager leading cross-functional project management for the Research Core, spanning data infrastructure, software engineering, data science, and health care analytics. Responsibilities include assembling project teams, defining scope and charters, developing milestones and timelines, applying realistic labor and cost estimates, maintaining project status visibility, establishing and executing a communications plan, capturing meeting minutes, managing changes to scope/schedule/costs, proactively identifying risks and implementing contingency plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting vendor management and budgeting. Work is performed in a remote-capable environment (Pennsylvania) with collaboration across internal and external stakeholders; reports to leadership and escalates issues as needed.
